Payment Plan Options

It is our goal to provide you with the most affordable, high-quality treatment that fits within your budget! Therefore, we offer a variety of payment plan options which we have outlined below:

  • Option 1: Full pay via cash or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express). Patients paying in full are entitled to a "Cash Pay" discount off the cost of the actual orthodontic treatment (does not include consultation costs, panoramic X-rays or diagnostic records). Full pay must be received at the time the appliances are placed to qualify for the discount.

  • Option 2: In-house financing with 0% interest when using OrthoBanc payment service to conveniently draft your monthly payment from either a checking account or credit card. There are several convenient due dates for payment withdrawal. A down payment may be required.

  • Option 3: Installment payments using a coupon book – also with 0% interest; however, there is a $300 processing fee for this service. Payment due date is the 5th, 12th, 19th and 26th of every month. A down payment is required. The processing fee is payable along with the down payment at the time the appliances are placed.

Insurance

For your convenience, we will gladly file or assist you in submitting insurance claims relating to charges for care rendered in our office. Please be advised, however, that our primary financial relationship is with our patients or their families and not with their respective insurance companies. Final responsibility or collection of insurance benefits rests with the insured party. Our professional services are rendered and charged directly to the patient or the responsible party, and they are responsible for payment of all fees incurred. Insurance benefits are an estimate only, and not a guarantee of payment. Any payments not received from the insurance company within 90 days of billing the service become the patient's responsibility and will be added to their account.

Employer Set-Aside Programs
(Health Savings account/Flex spending accounts)

Many of our patients or their parents have programs at work which allow them to pay dental-related expenses with pre-tax dollars. The pre-determined amount is deducted from your payroll and set aside in a fund for these purposes. Please talk with your treatment coordinator to find out more about this employer benefit. We will gladly work with you in maximizing your benefits!
